Steve has 20 years’ experience in the finance and corporate advisory industry and has been responsible for the due diligence process and preparation of prospectuses on a number of initial public offers. His experience includes corporate and capital structuring, corporate advisory and company secretarial services, capital raising, ASX and ASIC compliance requirements.
Steve has served on the board and acted as Company Secretary for numerous ASX listed companies. He is currently a Director of Estrella Resources Limited, Nelson Resources Limited and Kingwest Resources Limited and Company Secretary of Galena Mining Limited, Kingfisher Mining Limited, Estrella Resources Limited, Kingwest Resources Limited and Nelson Resources Limited.

Ben has been providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to both ASX listed and unlisted companies in Perth since 2003, predominantly in the resources sector. He is also a Director of a Perth based tax advisory firm specialising in corporate tax. Ben is a Chartered Accountant, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Tax Advisor, a Registered Tax Agent and has a double major in Accounting & Taxation.
